These Terms govern access to the Idle Universe Online ("IUO") free closed beta.
IUO is an invite-only browser idle game in closed beta. The service is free in Phase 1a and may contain bugs, outages, balance resets, missing content, or data loss.
The beta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No uptime, progression permanence, feature availability, or compatibility guarantee is provided.
Access is invite-only. Use one account per person unless explicitly allowed. Do not sell, trade, transfer, or share accounts or invite codes.
You must not tamper with save data, abuse bugs for unfair advantage, attack or overload the service, reverse engineer server protections, harass others, impersonate others, or use IUO for illegal activity.
Accounts may be suspended or banned at the author's discretion for tampering, exploit abuse, security abuse, harassment, or other behavior that harms the beta.
IUO, its code, game systems, artwork, writing, names, and other content are owned by Andrea Mazzucca or used under applicable licenses. You receive a limited, revocable right to access the beta for personal playtesting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Italian law, the author is not liable for indirect damages, lost progress, lost data, downtime, or loss of expected benefit from use of the free beta.
IUO is not intended for users under 16 in the European Union. Do not use the closed beta if you are under 16.
These Terms may change during beta. Material changes will receive at least 7 days notice when possible. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. The competent venue is Italy where permitted by law.
